That’s why IndyHub and the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) are teaming up for the Shape (Y)our Future Summit presented by Ice Miller LLP. The Summit provides a conference specific to our city’s young people, ensuring young professionals have a seat at the table as Indianapolis tackles our most pressing challenges, sets priorities for how we need to evolve, and cultivates the next generation of leaders.

During the Shape (Y)our Future Summit, Millennials and Gen Z will have the opportunity to ask their big questions and share their even bigger ideas on how we can make Indianapolis a more vibrant place to live, work and plant roots. Attendees will also gain a better understanding of Indiana’s advanced industry sectors — AgriNovus Indiana (agbiosciences), Ascend Indiana (talent and workforce development), BioCrossroads (life sciences), Conexus Indiana (advanced manufacturing and logistics) and TechPoint (tech), their talent needs and the many career opportunities that the sectors provide.
