SO, WHAT IS FAST FORWARD ANYWAY?

Fast Forward was designed to offer an immersive experience for interns and early-career individuals in Central Indiana, showcasing Indy’s distinct culture and opportunities. By introducing these individuals to the region’s unique arts, music, culture, and local organizations, interns will walk away with a positive impression of Indy, increasing the likelihood of them choosing it as their future home after graduation.

Internships are often a front door to careers. Let us be the front door to the community.

WHAT IT IS NOT: A JOB FAIR.

Fast Forward is not a job fair. Yes, a table setup is okay, but this isn’t an event to bring recruiters and job openings. We encourage our partners to think creatively about how to engage with attendees in a memorable way. In the past, we’ve seen success with ideas like inviting young professionals who are Indy transplants to represent your organization, creating an interactive board with engaging questions for interns to answer, offering raffle opportunities, inviting local athletes to play cornhole and mingle, or even setting up a selfie station.
