Women in technology roles are invited to a networking event at 16 Tech Innovation District. This event is more than your typical industry happy hour.

This quarter’s Women in Tech Event will have the theme “Negotiating for Yourself.” Attendees will hear from industry leaders, including exited founder Danielle McDowell, about how women who feel gratitude for the opportunity to be in their role but then struggle with taking it to the next level and advocating for themselves to continue getting promotions and raises.

Following the conversation, attendees will reflect within smaller groups to discuss challenges or issues they face in their careers. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, share advice and help identify solutions. Stay for the Glassboard hosted happy hour!
