SUMMARY:Create & Plate: Charcuterie Boards
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of culinary creation and create your own charcuterie board! \nCouples will be introduced to some of the woodworking equipment available at Machyne Makerspace where they’ll go through the process of transforming rough sawn lumber into their very own piece of art. \nAfter their woodworking experience\, couples will learn how to plate and curate a charcuterie board with Chef Craig Baker. Assorted charcuterie\, cheese\, and condiments will be provided while you learn from Chef Craig all about food pairings. Wine\, beer\, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided after you finish working in the shop. Once the fun is over\, couples will receive an ingredient box to recreate their very own boards at home. \nWhile working in Machyne Makerspace\, please wear closed toed shoes. \nEach couple will get to create one charcuterie board.
